Published prices and final invoices are in Euro. Final credit card and PayPal debited amounts may vary based on currency fluctuations and bank commissions. LEDEFF encourages clients to contact their home bank to receive the accurate price conversion and any bank commissions related to the transaction. Shipment costs dipend on country of goods destination.


The following methods of payment are accepted by ledeff.it Credit Card: When clients place orders online, Credit Card details are forwarded to a protected online banking system provided by PayPal which accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal Card, Discover, American Express and Carta Aura Credit Card Security: LEDEFF Clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security because all transactions are processed using a secure server. Credit Card Charges: If there are sufficient funds and the account information is valid, the order will be processed instantly. Credit cards are charged at the moment that the order is confirmed for both available merchandise. PayPal: LEDEFF welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with. First-Time Client: For Credit Card and paypal payments LEDEFF can PayPal to contact the Client’s bank for approval of the charges or to double check the account information with Paypal. This verification process will delay immediate shipping. LEDEFF also reserves the right to ship the order only to the Billing Address.

We remind clients once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

Clients who have been sent a LEDEFF coupon codes by newsletter, through social networks or on approved promotional web sites can insert this code during order purchase and checkout. Each code has a validity start and end date which limits its use and cannot be extended. Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.


Shipment is Free in Italy and Europe. As required by International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all shipments from LEDEFF are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchased in Euro. Sale items purchased will be accompanied by an invoice declaring the discounted value of the items.

Import duties and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.”

Orders are shipped from www.ledeff.it, Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. (CET) Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. www.ledeff.it ships using DHL, standard shipping. Estimated transit time after dispatch:

USA e Canada: 3-5 days depending on destination
Europe: 3/4 days to main cities / 3 – 5 days to remote destination.
America : 3-5 days
Asia e Middle East: 3-5 days
Africa: 3-5 days.
LEDEFF shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of LEDEFF.
We remind first-time Clients that LEDEFF will request PayPal to contact the Client’s bank for approval of the charges. This verification will delay immediate shipping.
Orders with available merchandise are shipped the same day as order placement. In all cases, LEDEFF reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from sales@ledeff.it specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or LEDEFF.

Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. LEDEFF packages are carefully sealed in a box with tape around the sides of the box. If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact www.ledeff.it at sales@ledeff.it . If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per LEDEFF commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Clients expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.


E-mail sales@ledeff.it within 14 days from the delivery date to request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) Please include Order Number (T#######), Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned. Please send the return with the courier indicated in the email sent by LEDEFF. Please write the Return Authorization Number on the Airway Bill, on the outside of the box and complete the AirWay Bill as per the instructions in the RAN E-mail. Return shipments are Free only from Italy. Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. For orders paid by Paypal, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement.
Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company. Returns must arrive within 10 days of receiving the R.A.N.

Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. LEDEFF reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees. Pick-ups for all authorized returns with LEDEFF’s courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment. LEDEFF reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent with the same courier as specified in the email detailing the return instructions. If an unauthorized return is accepted, LEDEFF will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund. LEDEFF will not accept returned merchandised that does not follow the terms and conditions of the returns policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.
